Generally, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to add to, remove from or modify your selection.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times can vary from 1-10 business days after dispatch depending on size, location and stock
How Much Will Delivery Cost?
Simply enter your delivery address during checkout and the delivery fee will be automatically calculated based on your location. Our delivery partners will keep you informed throughout the journey of your Milly Molly order, so you can track its progress right to your door.
We offer:
- FREE delivery within Australia on all orders over $130.
- FREE international delivery on all orders over $200.
For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Online Payment via Gift Card GCGD to confirm details
Simply choose gift card as your payment method during checkout. You will need to enter the full gift card number and gift card PIN (printed on the card).
You can use a gift card to pay for a portion of, or your entire online order purchase amount.
Milly Molly can currently process three gift cards per online transaction. To redeem more than 3 gift cards you will need to split your order over multiple transactions

Australian delivery
- We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express delivery. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-6 business days and express orders in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located.
- Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.
International delivery
- We ship international orders with Australia Post. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 6-16 business days and
- Express orders in 4-12 business days. Regional and rural locations may take longer.
Tracking
- Once despatched, you’ll be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates.
